i registered or BSNL broadband 900 plan in december which promises 4mbps speed, but till date i have not received 4mbps speed, actual problem is they have changed my plan but they have not changed my port speed from 2mbps to 4mbps from their end , regarding this i had filed complaint on their customer care three times, complaint numbers are 7310618 7326992 7320204. i try to explain this to customer care executives but they dont listen and say we'll get back to you and hang up. they call me 2-3 times just asking has the spped improved, but they are not working on actual problem. i request BSNL officials to increase my port speed from 2mbps to 4mbps for my broadband line.
