I am staying at Kalyan, Dist.Thane, Maharashtra.

I have purchased 230 ltr Fridge (Single door) from Usha Agencies, Kalyan on 11.5.09.

While deliver the Fridge I have noticed the leg of the Fridge is broken. I booked the complaint also & your authorised service centre OMKAR SERVICES, sent their Mechanic. The Mechanic informed us that leg of the fridge is not repairable we (Samsung) will give new fridge of the same Model. Till today nobody has conduct us.
