I HAVE BOUGHT NOKIA E63 ON 30/09/09 BUY DIDNOT RECEIVED ANY SCRATCH CARD AS ADVERTISED BY THE NOKIA COMPANY ON T.V. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL.
