I would like to bring in everybodys attention that a TV show being broadcasted on E24 channel is seems to be a fraud show and no one wins the prize from them.
This show shows a puzzle and ask people to call and thell them the answer, in return he/she can win some cash prize. I tried to call for a simple answer and they hold me for around 4 mins. with standard tone being played, simultaneously I was watching the TV show as well, I noticed that the my call was on hold and in show actually no ones calls was being taken up. So that was an intentional hold put by them.
Also I found it strange that callers was not able to provide answer for a simple puzzle, that look fishi and at last the most strange thing I saw that a caller answered the puzzle when only 1 sec was remaining to end the show.
These kind of shows earn money by our calls, put everybody on hold and charging Rs 10 and Rs 12 per min for every call.
This should end because around 90% callers do not know that they are being charged such a high call rates.
Also they dont provide any company information, any address, how to claim prize etc etc. The only thing I got for them is their website bollywooddhamaal.com and address from whois information, which is:

They themselves make fraud calls and answer a wrong celebrity name...Today anyone could guess in India that the displayed lady is Kajol by seeing her eyes but for continously everyone who was calling giving the wrong ans..which it self indicates that this is nothing but a total fraud program. Please don't fall for them...This program is banned as soon as possible and a legal complaint should be filed against these fraudulants. |

So i kept the call on hold for more than 9 minutes and finally disconnected the call before i complete 10 minutes. Between i was holding i could see some call been taken and some really stupid answers from people. What a fraud that too on television. If it was e24 i wud have not believed, but when it was in NDTV i though of giving it a try. 10 rs /miniute goes wasted..Long story short there is not short cut to get thousand of money by answering a simple answer. Anyways, i dint get a chance to answer it on phone, at least let me remove my frustation and grevaince by answer to you reader \"It was rekha\" :) Telecast on 10th April 2010.
