Bokaro Steel - bokaro steel plant cheated 2300 workers.

Sir,I am an employee of bokaro steel plant .as per companies rule i visited Andaman&Nicobar island . company paid 26000/per head fair for aeroplane for up&down. near about 2300 people who work in steel plant visited by AIR DECCAN & other by another air lines. But when I handed over my all documents to BSL, mannagment punished all AIR DECCAN visitors only with cause that the charge of AIR DECCAN is low rated air lines.
This rules only for bokaro\"s plant employees .While not a single plant under SAIL do same.
please help me and other 2300 employees.please take serious action and I hope that you will take action.
