Hello sir,

i had purchased blackberry Z10 mobile on 1 may 2013 but it has stucked 3 time so far. they resolved the issue but after few says again some problem raises so i want to refund or replace my phone with new one. when i say to replace the company they say every time next time we will think on it.history for my moble in service centre

purchased : 1 may 2013
after some days loud speaker and bluetooth was not working.
submitted to the blackberry sevice centre on : 7 may 2013
received : 24 may 2014

again signal drooping problem
submitted : 13 nov 2013
received : 30 nov 2013

again signal and lighting issue raised
submitted 8 jan 2014
not received so far


plzzz do help me i feel like a robbed .kindly make me refund or replcement
