Dear Sir/Madam,

With regret, it is to inform you that I had booked my Hero Honda CD Deluxe bike with regd no. MH-12 CV 8519 on 5th May'13 from BSL(Bhusaval) to CTC(Cuttack).

The railway bill no is B412102 date 05.05.2013. Travel ticket no.39545460 5th may 2013.

I did fulfil all formalities and demand from employees and coolies but after 17days the bike is not received at cuttack. I am staying 45kms away from CTC and daily up down and related expenses are cumulative to huge expenses. The staffs has not executed their duty fairly for which such incidents are happening.

Kindly help me....
