Hi,
I booked my bike(bullet-350cc) from Ambala Railway Station on 6th of january to be sent to pune and i have not got it till date. I am very dissapointed by the careless people of the parcel office and the commercial office, because they are misguiding me and mentally harassing me. They told me that my bike is sent to Nizzamudin dispatched by train no:-310 on 11-1-2011 which is not running from 6th january as told by the railway officials. i enquire from Nizzamudin Railway station about my bike but it is not there. it neither reaches there nor they dispatched it from Nizzamudin. I called them several times but they are not picking my call and if they do then not telling me anything about my bike.
