I heard about Naaptol in other web side that Naaptol is not providing service to there customer ..But Its all wrong.

I had purchased Blackberry mobile from naaptol online Shopping.This guys inform me that you will get your product within 7-10 working days by Blue Dart courier through & I got it within 6 days at my home.
When i have received it that time I haven't received hands-free then i called there Customer Care Executive & they said me that our concern vendor will callback you within 48 working hrs for this particular issue & I hang up the call.
After 2nd day i got call from vendor side & they informed that you will get missing part within 7 days & again i have received it 4th day in my home.

About Naaptol is best service which I cant compare with other online shopping.

The purpose of Naaptol online shopping is to create and keep a customer.
