I purchased a laptop from M/S Galaxy Infotech, Narain Market, 14, PL Sharma Road, Meerut vide bill no- GALAXY/RI/2334/11-12 dated 10/07/2011. I find that its battery is not charging from the very first day. I approached the dealer on 12/07/2011, as on 11/07/2011 the shop was closed, for redressal of my complaint but your dealer refused to entertain me flatly, when I insisted on redressal of my complaint, he misbehaved with me in full public view and said that he wouln't not listen to any complaint, now I approach you for necessary action in the matter. I believe that your dealer has sold me the tampered, defective and substandard laptop, I have lost faith in your dealer and request you to refund my full amount since your dealer is compromising on the quality.
