Kotak Mahindra Bank - Bank account payment debited

Two transaction has been debited from my account one is on 25 oct 2017 and second is 12 feb 2018 same both Rs.118 for net banking key generation charge. When i called to bank customer care they said wrong reason and refused to refund.
