Hi,

I am sumit verma recently i purchased reliance gsm sim. i recharged with 150 Rs. I got balance of 136 main and 14 promo.but next day 30rs. deducted from my main balance.So i want to know why it is,i am trying to call customer care but it is my past 5 yrs experience line busy.
please kindly give solution
