Dear Concern,
I had bought a Sony DVD Camcorder 40x (Total cost is Rs.19,992/-) from Elgin Rd Sony world financed by Bajaj Finance an amount of Rs.14,994/- i.e.Rs.19,992 - Rs.4998 (Rs.14,994/- is divided by 9 EMIs of Rs.1,666/- each in 9 months). It was directly ECS system from my savings account in SBI. Due to some problem in between two ECS were not cleared on time but within one month they collected thru some Agency called \"Pace\" by cash from home. After taking 9 EMIs (7 nos ECS from Bank and 2 nos in cash against the Cash Receipt) from me, they again started clearing another ECS of Rs.1,666/- as an EMI from my SBI Bank savings account without any checking, intimation or communication. I was so surprised to see the clearance of the extra EMI from my saving account when I updated my Bank Pass Book and suddenly got confused what to do against this kind of unethical activities by Bajaj Finance. So, I have just kept my saving balance less than the mentioned EMI amount of Rs.1,666/- always so that it does not again get cleared automatically from my account as usual. I started communicating with one of their executives and help line also saying in details but till date no further reply or solution received from them. Please suggest what action should I take against them and get my money back as well as the compensation of this kind of harassment as a punishment because I have all the proof with me.

Complainant's Goal: I want my money back and No Objection Certificate or clearance certificate.
