Hi Team,

I had bought a Nokia Lumia 720 mobile phone from Spiece Hotspot, GIP Mall, Noida on 21st December 2013.
I noticed a dark spot on the mobile display. I contacted Nokia Care, Sector 10, Noida on 1st Jan 2014 for the same and they assured me that it will be replaced.
Since last 1 month, my mobile is with Nokia care. I have contacted Nokia care a no of times but in vain. They always tell me to come after 2-3 days. Even after 1.5 months of buying the handset I am unable to use it.
Please either replace the set and or refund my money.
