I traveled from nasik to Mumbai recently via Tapovan express Train Number 17617. I had a very bad and saddening experience. Firstly i had booked the tickets and had got a reservation. When the train arrived, there was a very big chaos on the platform and we could get in only after a lot of pushing. After entering we were amazed to see that the reservation compartment was full with passengers who have just brought the ordinary tickets and were crowding the compartment and we reached out seat after so much of struggle. We were literally suffocated. We were feeling like we had entered the general compartment. Please look into the matter and take necessary steps.

I traveled from new delhi to siwan recently via Bihar sampark karanti express Train Number 12566 . I had a very bad and saddening experience. Firstly i had booked the tickets and had got a reservation. When the train arrived, there was a very big chaos on the platform and we could get in only after a lot of pushing. After entering we were amazed to see that the reservation compartment was full with passengers who have just brought the ordinary tickets and were crowding the compartment and we reached out seat after so much of struggle. We were literally suffocated. We were feeling like we had entered the general compartment and fully involve TT this train,he collect money for without ticket passengers . Please look into the matter and take necessary steps.
