Apple India - Apple iPhone gets dead after ios update (10.3.2)

This is with regards to my Apple iPhone 6 16 GB (Gold) with IMEI # 35********62927.

On 27 May, 2017 when I switched ON my iPhone, it asked me for the ios update (10.3.2) and I agreed to download and update the same after some time phone instructed me to restart and it never started again.

I called Apple service centre (Toll free # 000********09) to lock my complaint (Case ID- 100201766699) for the same and spoke to the customer service agent and they helped me in basic troubleshooting and found no luck.

I have also followed the article which was sent to me on my email id and was still on the same page.

I called again to Apple and spoke to Nadeem (Senior technical engineer) and again explained him my problem. He asked me to do some more troubleshoots and nothing happened.

Nadeem asked me to wait for some time so that he can get some resolution for me.

Some time later, I got a call from Nadeem and he said Apple cannot do anything for you and you have to get this repaired by paying the service charges at our Apple Service centre as your phone is not covered under warranty.

Yesterday, I visited Apple Authorized service center in Pune and as per them motherboard is not functioning properly which can be because of the update that was not properly installed to your phone as Hardware and Software are dependent to each other.

At the same service center, I met one lady who also encountered the same problem and apple agreed to give service to that lady as her phone is covered under warranty.
My phone was functioning properly till 26th May, 2017 and after this new update crashed my phone resulting loss of my entire data.

I have contacted apple India voice support but not satisfied with the resolution they have provided. As per them I have to pay certain amount (INR 27788.00) and they will replace my phone.

Sir, I have spent INR 50,000.00 to buy this phone and now again paying this amount without any fault of mine is a big thing for me. its almost two months salary of me.

Request you to please push this to the concerned team so that we can come to a resolution.
