I ordered MOT G4 plus from Amazon india, on 2sep 2016, for Rs 14999 i got it delivered and since then i am facing technical issues with the device, i contacted Amazon for replacement as 10 days replacement grantee provided by Amazon but every time i call the CC was informed and given 48 hrs to rectify the issue on device but nothing resolved,

But still amazon not ready to give replacement as want me to do technical R& D, the time to return product is till 16 sep still i am not given and nobody helping me.

Please can we take this complaint
