I was booked flat in Aliens Group around middle of November 2011.In next month few people from Aliens called me and sayed that by mistake they offered me wrong price.After that I went to their office and asked them to return my booking advance because they suddenly raised the price from 32.5 to 38.75.So I decided to cancel the deal but when I asked for booking advance they start giving all bull shit reasons.Finally after long fight with them they given me 5month post dated cheque and after waiting for 5 months when I submitted that cheque in ICICI bank it got rejected due to insufficient fund.
I have all the proofs if anyone wants to know about it please contact on my cell-********48
I am requesting all the customers please stay away from Aliens Group.

These people are fraud. i also have cancelled a property long back but still they are in no mood to return my money.
