Bharti Airtel - airtel has not reactivated my broadband connection

Dear sir/madam;
I have requested airtel for reactivation of my fixedline and broadband connection number 0********15 and they told me that they will reactivate it till 6 November 2013 but they failed to reactivate it.and then I again complianed them and they told me that they will reactivate it till activate it till 11 November and again they failed to reactivate it. Then I again complianed about this and they again told me that they will reactivate it within 2 working days and again they failed and then I again complianed about it on 14 November and they told me that they will reactivate it till 15 November till 7 pm.and they again failed to reactivate it. And when I enquired about this , they told me that your last date for reactivation is 18 November but they don't informed me about this change.
I have complianed about this on all the 3 compliant level:-

2》nodal.central@in.airtel.com
3》appellate.central@in.airtel. com
But till now I have got no result .They are always telling me to wait day by day.
Please take some necessary action regarding this matter.
