Idea Cellular - activation of MBO without any request token ID 205IC94213

I received a message from idea on my no. 9598524880 in which it was mentioned that dear customer an amount of Rs 30 /- has been debited from your account on 05-Aug-2011 03:37:14PM towards UTV15 AUDIO MOVIE (UTV15)............

and I received another message 06-Aug-2011 10:39:07AM in which it was mentioned that 'your subscription to idea mobile box office is activated @ Rs 30 for 31 day.To de-act dial Toll Free 155223.keyword UTV30

I have no idea what the hell is all this and I want my money back as I never requested to activate any service and want to request idea to stop be fooling its customers............ and why are you not returning me the deducted amount inspite of several complaints on icomplaint.
I must say this is a truely shameless behavior towards the customers cant you all understand simple english..

We wish to inform you that refund of Rs.30/- has already been credited into your aforesaid account on.04/09/2011 and value added service IDEA Mobile Box Office(UTV30) pack also been deactivated with effect from.03/09/2011.
