Dear sir/madam
Today on 7-12-11, my mother received a call from a person stating himself from hdfc bank, my mother refused so he started using abusive language ,he used such a abusive language to my mother
I would like you to take action against the caller else we will register a police case
he used words like"phaad ke rak doonga, and also called the lady as a maid
I hope you will take action,the telephone no. from which we received call was
1409807209 and call of time was around 2p.m in the afternoon
We live in east delhi,patparganj and my elder brother is a old client of hdfc
