IRCTC Indian Railways - about failure of e-ticket transection

Sir,
I am Priyanka Pradhan have done transaction in RAILWAY TICKET through IRCTC .co.in .
My transaction failed due to network problem & balance is deducted from my account.
Ticket has not been yet produced & i have yet not recovered my money back.
The information of my transaction details are given below:-
Transaction ID -- 0447365242.
Another transaction faliure occured having.
Transaction ID -- 0447333060.
Both tarnsaction occured on DATE -- 24th JANUVARY 2012.
TRANSACTION timing -- BETWEEN 9 to 11 pm .
TRANSACTION OCCURED FROM:-
SBI BANK DEBIT CARD.
ACCOUNT NO. -- 31047301470.
BRANCH -- KORAPUT,ORISSA .
NAME OF ACCOUNT HOLDER -- PRIYANKA PRADHAN .
Consider it as soon as possible .
