I was working as a lecturer in mechanical engineering dept. Of g.H.Patel college of engg. And technology,vallabh vidyanagar-388120, dist. Anand, gujarat from 2/07/2007 to 30/09/2009. Then I resigned from the post on 1/09/2009 requesting them(principal) to relive me on 30.09/2009 but they(principal) demand illegally rs.2.51 lakhs. They(principal) said that if you not paid the same amount,insitutue will not relieve you.Sir, I have not any agreement and bond with the institute.So I leave the institue without paying any rupees.They will not give me experience certificate.Now they are not attested my epf claim form and so I can not withdraw my epf money. So,sir plz.Do needful so that I get my experience certificate and I am able to withdraw my epf money. THEY WILL ALSO NOT GIVE ME ARREARS OF RS.2.30 LAKHS OF SIXTH PAY COMMISSION AS SIXTH PAY IS IMPLEMENTED FROM 1/1/2006
