Hi,

My Mom was traveling from pune to bhopal in jhelum exp as on 10th sep 2011..
she has valid SL ticket..even a TC came and took money asking her for identity proof..
As per indian railway rule we need not to show any identity proof if holding window ticket.

I have receipt number which gave that TC to my mom..

Please do needful for this.. I need that back back which was charged by TC..
This is un-necessary creating trouble for passengers..
