TATA Indicom - 509 I am not satisfied with tataindicom services

Dear Sir/Madam,

My complaint no. 509 dtd 15/07/09
Till date there is no response from Tataindcom, I am facing the same problem since last six months. They are not providing proper service and charging every month for same.

Kindly help to resolve this issue as early as possible.

Dear Sir,

I have already registered complaints 3 times to NODAL officer & several times to Customer care regarding internet services of TATA Indicom.

They have suggested me to use internet outside of my home premises.

Though many efforts made from my side they do not take seriously.

Request your intervention in solving this issue.

This is very bad impression creating on me.
